You will be required to enter the Claim Number and Pin provide in the Deficiency Notice.
If you received a Notice of Invalid Claim Submission, you can resubmit your claim form at https://www.claimsettlementportal.com/botanicclaim. You will be required to enter the reference number and pin provide in the Notice of Invalid Claim Submission.
